GIFT CERTIFICATES:
Even though regular gift certificates no longer carry an expiration date, gift certificates purchased for specific services are not exempt from service price increase. Gift Certificates cannot be returned for cash value, or refunded 24 hours after purchase.
DEPOSITS:
Are required on all wedding related bookings, group bookings exceeding 4 or more people, appointment bookings longer than 4 hours and colour corrections requests. The deposit amount is at the discretion of the salon and is required before reservations will be made.
Couple’s Massage or any “double room” appointment bookings require a 50 % deposit when booking and are subject to a 24 hour cancellation fee at a rate of $25 per person. In the event of a no show or no contact, the deposit will not be returned.
GUARANTEE:
We guarantee our services. Give honest feedback to your esthetician or stylist if you are unhappy with your service so they have a chance to correct things. If no feedback is given during your service(s) we assume everything went well. You must contact us immediately if not completely satisfied so we can remedy the situation within the shortest time frame possible.
APPOINTMENTS & CANCELLATIONS:
Because we offer a courtesy reminder call, we hope to reduce the amount of last minute, and no-show appointments. However, this is not always the case, and therefore we have had to initiate a cancellation policy that we strictly adhere to:
Appointments lasting less than 15minutes to 1 hour can be cancelled at any time without a cancellation charge. However, habitual last minute cancellations may be subject to a charge without notice.
Appointments lasting longer than 2 - 3 hours must be cancelled within 24 hours or be subject to a $25 cancellation fee to be applied to your next visit.
Not showing up or calling to cancel in any time frame is subject to a cancellation charge equal to the full value of the service(s) booked.
Gift Certificate service reservations are subject to the same policies above.
We understand that unforeseen events may occur. If you need to cancel for any reason, or think you may need to cancel, please respect our staff by giving adequate notice.
Sorry, but email appointment cancellations are not accepted.
Gratuities are not included in the price of the Spa Packages. If you are happy with your service, a 15% - 20% tip is customary.

For Wedding Parties or Group Events |
- Rates begin at $100/hr per stylist/makeup artist/esthetician.

- Additional charges my apply for services required on Holidays, and/or outside regular business operating hours.

- Outside Kingston city limits: $75.00 flat rate travel fee.

- When booking groups of 6 or more, we ask for a credit card deposit of $500.00 to secure your booking date. This deposit is applied to your total invoice.

- Final head-counts & desired services must be confirmed 48 hours before the scheduled on-site date.
|
- Payment in full must be received 48 hours before the scheduled on-site date.
|
- We request one method of payment for the final invoice. This avoids a multitude of envelopes with varying amounts. We will be happy to break-down the invoice for your party to view, upon request.

- A 15% gratuity is added to the final invoice.
